Will I work with a professional color consultant?Yes. Our consultants all have expertise in color selection, color tones, and best practices for both interior and exterior jobs with samples and examples to demonstrate what your property can look like. Whether you are looking for something traditional or something sleek and modern, we can make your ideas a reality!

How long does a project typically take to complete?Once you have decided on your paint colors or millwork design, jobs are scheduled at a convenient time, and our uniformed crews handle everything. If working on an interior job, our crews follow all local COVID protocols.

Do you provide a warranty for your painting services?Yes, we offer up to a 5-year warrenty. We offer a 2-year no chip warrenty for our cabinet painting.

Are your products durable?Yes, we only use commercial-grade paint and millwork products for your convenience. We take the time to make sure our products are durable while achieving your desired look.

Do we need to be at our home or business while you’re working?We will work with you in advance of any interior job to assure the crew has access to the room or rooms they will be working in. If an exterior job, you do not need to be home.

Will our plants and flowers be safe while you work?Yes. Our projects are noninvasive, and we are always careful to maintain the health and integrity of your plants and flowers. We utilize drop cloths and coverings when needed to assure this.

Should I have my countertops replaced before or after refinishing my cabinets?Before would be ideal because if any damage occurred during demo or installation they can be fixed during the prep stage.

Should I have my walls and ceiling painting before or after refinishing my cabinets?After. Our crews mask off and protect all surfaces adjacent to the cabinets including the walls and ceilings with your cabinet refinishing project. This will give you the ultimate room transformation.

When is payment due to ColorCraft?Deposit is due upon acceptance of service. Balance is due upon completion of the project.

When should I book for a quick turn on my job?We do our very best to accommodate every request that comes to us and pride ourselves on our availability and quick service. We ask that you please submit your request as early as possible. Please contact us to learn more about our current schedule.

What do I need to do to prepare for the project?Remove all wall hangings on areas abutting or directly involved on the areas to be serviced and move any and all furniture to middle of room away from walls.
